The mounting hole spacing is 96 × 48 mm (±1 mm), measured between the hole centres. The module can be installed on motherboards with AM2(+), AM3(+), FM1, FM2 and FM2+ sockets, which share the same standard hole spacing.
To screw on the upper part of the module, you need approx. 84 mm of free space in width on the motherboard. Because electronic components are laid out differently on FM1 and FM2(+) motherboards, the upper part of the module may not fit some models.
