Silver thermal paste for CPUs and graphics cards

AABCOOLING Thermal Grease 1 - 15g is a high-quality thermal paste with added silver. It fills the joint between the processor and the heatsink and improves heat dissipation.

Silver thermal paste AABCOOLING Thermal Grease 1 - 15g in a syringe

The paste is not electrically conductive, so it does not cause short circuits even on very sensitive electronic components. It does not dry out or run and works from -30°C to +300°C.

Key features

  • Added silver – optimal thermal conductivity of 4.8 W/mK
  • Not electrically conductive – safe for sensitive electronics
  • Right density and viscosity – spreads evenly under heatsink pressure
  • Does not dry out or run
  • Easy to apply and remove
  • Wide operating range: -30°C to +300°C

Applications

The paste is suitable for desktop PCs, laptops and other electronic devices. Apply it:

  • between the processor (CPU) and the heatsink
  • between the graphics chip (GPU) and the graphics card heatsink
  • between chipsets (northbridge and southbridge) and the heatsink
  • on power delivery sections and other heat-generating electronic components

How to apply thermal paste?

  1. Apply a thin layer of paste to the processor surface and spread it evenly.
  2. When mounting and pressing down the heatsink, gently turn it a few times to the right and left – the paste will spread evenly between the processor and the heatsink base.

Your previous questions regarding this product
What is AABCOOLING Thermal Grease 1 - 15g thermal paste used for?
It improves heat transfer from hot components to the heatsink. It is applied between the heatsink and the processor (CPU), graphics chip (GPU), chipset and power section in PCs, laptops and other electronics.
What is the thermal conductivity of the paste?
The paste contains added silver and has a thermal conductivity of 4.8 W/mK. Its thermal resistance is below 0.06 °C/W.
Is the paste electrically conductive?
No. The paste is electrically non-conductive, so there is no risk of a short circuit even on very sensitive electronic components.
What is the operating temperature range of the paste?
The paste works at temperatures from -30°C to +300°C.
Does the paste dry out or run?
No. The paste does not dry out or run, and thanks to its optimal density and viscosity it spreads evenly under the pressure of the heatsink.
