AABCOOLING Thermo Pad 120.20.0,5 is a high-performance thermal pad with a thermal conductivity of 7 W/mK. It is placed between the heatsink and a heat-generating component to dissipate heat effectively. The pad comes as a single 120 x 20 mm strip that you can cut to the size you need.

Applications

The thermal pad is suitable for use in:

• laptops – graphics chip, power delivery section,
• desktop PCs – graphics cards (between the heatsink and the GPU), power delivery section, RAM modules,
• consumer electronics and home appliances – LCD TVs, amplifiers and other heat-generating electronics.

Installation

1. Make sure both surfaces are completely clean.
2. Remove the protective film from one side and place the pad on the chip.
3. Remove the protective film from the other side and press the heatsink or cooler onto it.

Note: The pad has no adhesive layer, so it must be held in place by the mechanical pressure of the heatsink. Thanks to its flexibility, it is easy to remove when the joined components need to be separated.
