Thermal paste for CPUs and graphics cards

AABCOOLING Thermal Grease 6 - 1g is a high-performance thermal paste with a thermal conductivity of 15.3 W/mK. Its formula is based on Carbon-Nano (CNT) technology and a composition of metal oxide compounds. The paste ensures stable operation of Intel and AMD processors, NVIDIA graphics chips and other electronic components.

The paste precisely fills the micro-gaps between the processor and the heatsink base. It is electrically non-conductive, so there is no risk of a short circuit, even on sensitive components. It does not dry out or run and retains its thermal properties over time.

Applications

The paste is suitable wherever heat needs to be transferred efficiently from a hot component to a heatsink:

• CPUs in desktop PCs and laptops (between the processor and the heatsink),
• graphics cards (between the GPU and the heatsink),
• chipsets (northbridge and southbridge),
• power sections and other heat-generating electronic components.

How to apply thermal paste

1. Remove any old paste residue with the included isopropyl alcohol wipe and wait a moment for it to evaporate.
2. Use the included spatula to apply a thin layer of paste to the processor surface and spread it evenly – a thin layer gives the best conductivity.
3. When mounting and pressing down the heatsink, gently turn it a few times left and right so that the paste spreads evenly between the processor and the heatsink base.
