AABCOOLING Thermal Grease 4 - 1g is a high-performance thermal paste with a thermal conductivity of 9.5 W/mK. Its formula is based on Carbon-Nano (CNT) technology and metal oxide compounds. It is electrically non-conductive, so there is no risk of a short circuit, even on very sensitive electronic components.

The paste precisely fills the micro-gaps between the processor and the heatsink base and ensures stable operation with no deterioration of thermal performance over time. For the best conductivity, apply it in a very thin layer.

Applications

The paste is suitable for desktop PCs, laptops and other electronic devices. It was designed for stable operation of modern Intel and AMD processors, NVIDIA chips and other components. Apply it between the heatsink and:

• the processor (CPU),
• the graphics chip (GPU) of a graphics card,
• the chipset (northbridge and southbridge),
• the power delivery section and other heat-generating electronic components.

How to apply thermal paste

1. Remove any old paste residue with the included isopropyl alcohol wipe and wait a moment for it to evaporate.
2. Use the included spatula to apply a thin layer of paste to the processor surface and spread it evenly.
3. When mounting the heatsink, press it onto the processor and gently twist it left and right a few times so that the paste spreads evenly between the processor and the heatsink base.
