AABCOOLING Thermal Grease 7 - 1g is the latest AABCOOLING thermal paste, offering top performance and very high viscosity. Its improved formula with low thermal resistance reduces the temperature difference between the processor and the heatsink compared with earlier pastes. TG7 ensures stable processor operation right after application – no curing time needed.

The paste precisely fills the micro-gaps between the processor and the heatsink base. It is electrically non-conductive and non-capacitive, so there is no risk of a short circuit or electrical discharge. A modern silicone gel carrier makes it easier for the paste to spread under the pressure of the heatsink.

Applications

The paste is suitable wherever heat needs to be transferred efficiently from a hot component to a heatsink:

• CPUs in desktop PCs and laptops (between the processor and the heatsink),
• graphics cards and consoles (between the GPU and the heatsink),
• chipsets (northbridge and southbridge),
• power sections and other heat-generating electronic components,
• smartphones (motherboard cooling).

How to apply thermal paste

1. Remove any old paste residue with the included spatula and isopropyl alcohol wipe, then wait a moment for it to evaporate.
2. Apply the right amount of paste – too much can act as an insulator, too little will reduce thermal conductivity.
3. Apply the paste to the processor surface using the “pea” or “X” method. Do not spread the paste with the spatula – the pressure of the heatsink will spread it.
4. When mounting and pressing down the heatsink, gently turn it left and right so that the paste spreads evenly between the processor and the heatsink base.
